Our story

A personal approach to a very personal space.

AIM Builders is owned and run by Eldar and Adi in Redmond. Eldar leads scope and construction, while Adi personally takes every in-home consultation and manages day to day client relationships.

You start by walking your own space with Adi. Bring the details that matter to your household: what is difficult to use, what you want to keep and what you hope to change. Those priorities help shape the scope Eldar reviews.

Who you will work with

Two distinct roles.
One personal relationship.

Meet Adi at your in-home consultation. Eldar leads project scope and construction decisions.

Owner

Eldar Peled

Eldar co-owns AIM Builders and leads decisions about project scope and construction. He connects the changes you want with the work your home needs.

Owner

Adi Miller

What to expect

Clear from the start.

Written estimates

A clear, itemized estimate and schedule after an in-person site visit, before demo starts.

One point of contact

One point of contact coordinates every trade, so you never manage subcontractors yourself.

Final walkthrough

We walk every finished job with you before calling it done, so anything that needs a second look gets caught first.

When plans change

Bring a new idea or an unexpected issue to Adi, your day to day contact. Eldar reviews the construction scope. Talk through the effect on cost, materials and the schedule before deciding, and ask for the agreed changes in writing.

The working relationship

Your priorities belong in the plan.

Tell us what matters daily.

A remodel begins with the way you use your home. Show Adi the storage that is hard to reach, a room that no longer works or the materials you want to keep. Those details give the scope a practical starting point.

Keep decisions connected.

Eldar leads scope and construction decisions. When a new idea comes up, discuss how it affects the surrounding work, selections and sequence. Review the agreed changes in writing with your point of contact.

Bring questions with you.

You do not need a finished design to start. A list of must-haves, room photographs and a few material preferences can help explain the direction you want to explore.

01A consultation with AdiStart with your priorities

Adi personally takes every in-home consultation. You talk through what you want to change, what matters daily and what you hope the home could do.

Tell us which rooms you are considering, what is difficult today and any timing or access constraints.

02A walkthrough of your spaceSee the possibilities in your space

We measure, check structure and access, and look at the rooms as they are today, so the plan fits the house you actually have.

Adi personally handles your consultation. Bring photos, samples or a saved Design Tool palette to help explain your priorities.

03A written, itemized estimate and scheduleReview the scope and selections

You see exactly what you are paying for, with the scope and schedule in writing before any demo starts.

Discuss included work, allowances and open decisions together. The estimate and schedule give you a written basis for the project.

04The build, with one point of contactBring the details together

We coordinate every trade on the schedule we agreed. You always know who to call and what happens next.
